Appointment Booking Window • Appointments must be booked at least 4 hours in advance of the desired service time. • Same-day bookings within 4 hours are not available online. • Guests may call at any time to check last-minute availability. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment time qualify for a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will receive a 70% refund and a 30% cancellation fee will be retained. No-Shows • Guests who miss their appointment without notice may be charged according to the late cancellation policy.
